Charles Pelleon (also known as Professor Pelleon Jr.) was a human businessman affiliated with the Court of Ravens as well as a member of the G-Men.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Charles Pelleon was born in Scotland on 17 April 1977 to Professor Gilead Pelleon and a scottish woman related to the Bower family. Much of his adolescence seemed uncertain, but it was known that Pelleon's parents divorced within a few years after his birth and he later moved to America to be raised by his father after his mother died when he was around fourteen years old.
